Hardware
At Oakleigh our flight cases are fitted with the best quality hardware, to ensure the utmost protection, easy usage, and safety when transporting your kit. All cases can be fitted with a variety of latches, over-latches, surface latches, and castors, to suit your custom needs.
Latches
We generally use butterfly latches, made from high-grade stainless steel. These are very strong because tightening is performed by turning the knob. The fold-down wing handle provides a low profile secure grip, plus easy actuation… just lift and turn. You can also customize your case with over-latches or surface latches, to best accommodate what your flight case will be used for.
Castors
We use only the best quality castors, which are heavy-duty and resistant to up to 200KG per wheel Case

Internals
Your case can be customized on the inside as well as the outside, with internals like 19” racking, rack drawers, carpet lining, and custom foam inserts that will protect your equipment and ensure it looks its best when presented. Foam Inserts come in a vast range of colours and can be customized to it with your brand image. Helping you protect and present your kit in the best way.
