When they say custom made, they really mean it! The case was designed and built exactly as I wanted with excellent attention to detail. It is strong, professional looking. The quality is outstanding, the fit is perfect, and the service throughout was excellent. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a genuinely bespoke flight case. I noticed that Oakleigh Cases doesn't have as many reviews as they deserve, probably because many of the large companies they manufacture for don't take the time to leave feedback. As a one-off customer, however, I felt I had to share my experience. Having dealt with other flight case companies in the past, where my experience was far from positive, the difference with Oakleigh Cases was remarkable. I won't name and shame anyone, but the level of service, communication, and willingness to help that I received from Eddie was on a completely different level. I was genuinely impressed and delighted that Eddie accepted my order, especially when I could see the warehouse was full of production work for much larger customers, all working to tight deadlines. Despite this, he took the time to listen to exactly what I needed for my event and treated my order with the same importance and attention as any other. The turnaround was incredibly quick, the team were friendly and helpful, and the finished flight case exceeded my expectations. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and I felt valued as a customer from the very first conversation. Oakleigh Cases truly deserves far more recognition than their current number of reviews suggests. Nadia & Eddie provided an excellent A+ service with the design and build of our company branded flightcase. We were kept updated throughout the process and when the courier failed to collect the cases from the wharehouse, Nadia delivered them to us herself on the same day!
