Each case is built around how it will be used, not from a standard template. We support both one-off custom jobs and larger production runs, with extensive customisation available — foam interiors, drawers, access doors, cable management, branding, castors and a range of panel materials and finishes.

Custom Rackmount Flight Cases
Rackmount flight cases from 1U to 42U in a range of depths, with fixed or shock-mounted rack systems, front, rear and triple-lid configurations, ventilation and heavy-duty castors. Suitable for audio and PA systems, IT and server equipment, and broadcast and production gear.
Custom Foam Inserts
We manufacture precision-cut foam inserts tailored exactly to your items, ensuring a secure fit and a professional finish. Available in a range of densities, thicknesses and layer combinations, including anti-static and medical grade foam, and cut for cases we have built or cases you already own.
CNC Cutting Services
Professional CNC cutting and routing for wood laminates, MDF, plastics and foam, to precise and repeatable tolerances. Perfect for sign makers, event planners, exhibitors, interior designers and the construction industry — one-off jobs and production runs alike.
Laser Cutting and Engraving
Laser cutting for fine detail and clean, sealed edges, plus permanent engraving for company logos, serial numbers, asset IDs, equipment labelling and nameplates. Available on its own or as a finishing option on a bespoke build.
Repair & Modification Services
Repairing a good case almost always costs less than replacing it. We handle replacement hardware and fittings, structural repairs, new castors, re-foaming, and internal modifications including trays, divisions, compartments and drawers. Every case is assessed individually.

Gun Cases and Foam Inserts Service (RFD)
Oakleigh Cases is a registered firearms dealer under Section 8 of the Firearms Act 1968, allowing us to provide a fully compliant, in-house service for sporting and shooting equipment — including custom-built gun cases and precision-cut foam inserts, with the legal ability to receive, hold and return your firearm as part of the build.
